By placing an order through Redland Realty and Auction, LLC's online store, you agree to the following terms in addition to the Terms & Conditions.

Release of Liability

You release Redland Realty and Auction, LLC, its officers, employees, agents, contractors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

The condition, authenticity, materials, age, or attribution of any item
The fitness or suitability of any item for any particular purpose
Any use, alteration, repair, restoration, resale, or disposition of any item after purchase
Any injury or damage caused to persons or property by any item after purchase
Any error or omission in an item description, photograph, or measurement
The actions of any common carrier or third-party shipper during transit
Any other loss or damage related to your purchase

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redland Realty and Auction, LLC from any third-party claim arising from your purchase, use, resale, or disposition of any item.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title pass to you at carrier pickup or at local pickup, whichever occurs first. From that point forward, the item is your sole responsibility.

Carrier Claims

If an item is damaged or lost in transit, you must file a claim directly with the carrier within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Failure to file a claim within this 48-hour window waives all claims against Redland Realty and Auction, LLC.
