These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Redland Realty and Auction, LLC's online store (the "Store") and any purchase made through it. By accessing the Store or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

All Sales Final

All sales made through the Store are final. Items are sold as-is, with all faults known and unknown. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. See our No-Return Policy for full details.

Hold Harmless and Limitation of Liability

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have inspected, or had the opportunity to inspect, the item description, condition statements, and photographs provided in the listing. You release Redland Realty and Auction, LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and assigns from any and all liability arising from your purchase, including but not limited to claims related to the item's condition, authenticity, fitness for a particular purpose, or any subsequent use or disposition of the item. Shipping

Shipping is calculated and invoiced separately after purchase. See our Shipping Policy for full details, including the timeline and process for filing carrier claims.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the buyer upon carrier pickup or at local pickup, whichever occurs first.

Damage or Loss Claims

Any damage or loss claim must be filed with the carrier within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Failure to file a claim within this window waives all claims against Redland Realty and Auction, LLC.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
