Shipping policy

All shipping for purchases through this store is calculated and invoiced separately after sale. No shipping cost is charged at checkout. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that final shipping cost will be communicated and collected separately before the item ships.

Post-Sale Shipping Invoice

After your purchase, Redland prepares and weighs the item, then issues a separate shipping invoice covering carrier fees, packaging materials, insurance, and handling. Full payment of the shipping invoice is required before the item is released for shipment.

Carrier

Default carrier: UPS Ground. USPS Ground Advantage substituted for items under 1 lb. Origin: 13200 SW 128 Street, Suite F1, Miami, FL.

Insurance

All shipments are insured for the full purchase value through the carrier's declared value program. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer the moment the carrier executes pickup. The buyer is responsible for filing any transit damage or loss claim directly with the carrier within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to file within 48 hours waives all claims against Redland Realty and Auction, LLC.

Professional Packing — Buyer Arranges

Certain items are not packed or shipped in-house. These include:

Any item valued over $900
Framed art (any size)
Mirrors (any size)
Chandeliers and glass-element lighting
Lamps
Any item requiring a custom crate
Any item exceeding 18 × 18 × 18 inches
Any item Redland judges requires professional packing

For these items, the buyer arranges shipping directly with a professional packing and logistics provider. Recommended providers in the Miami area: The UPS Store Pack & Ship and Pak Mail — both can pick up items at Redland's Miami office. The buyer pays the provider directly. No post-sale shipping invoice is issued by Redland on these items.

Titled Motor Vehicles

Buyer/Bidder is responsible for the title of the vehicle into their own name. Paying all applicable registration fees and sales tax directly to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) within 30 days of the date the invoice was submitted to the buyer. Per Florida Sales Tax code the "buyer's premium" is subject to tax. Prior to the removal the buyer may be given a motor vehicle title. On some occasions there may be delays as to when the title is given to the buyer. However, Redland Realty and Auction, LLC shall not in any way be liable for any losses, damages, attorney's fees, costs of any sort, interest, punitive damages, or any other damages should a delay in acquiring the title arise. For any title delays caused by any circumstance, Redland Realty and Auction, LLC shall not be liable to the buyer or any subsequent buyers.
