All sales made through Redland Realty and Auction, LLC's online store are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

Every item is sold as-is, with all faults known and unknown. Item descriptions, condition statements, and photographs are provided to the best of our ability and represent our good-faith assessment of each item. They do not constitute warranties.

Items are sold without guarantee of authenticity, age, materials, function, or condition beyond what is described in the listing.

Why All Sales Are Final
Estate, antique, and liquidation inventory is by nature unique and previously owned. We invest significant effort in describing condition accurately. The no-return policy is consistent with the live auction industry and reflects the nature of the goods we sell.
