German Stoneware Amsterdam Souvenir Stein 1/4 Liter

Charming mid-to-late 20th century souvenir beer stein, German-made for the Amsterdam tourist trade. Cobalt-glazed stoneware with tan banding, rope-twist collar and branch-form handle. Front relief depicts the Royal Palace on Dam Square marked "AMSTERDAM HOLLAND," flanked by Alpine chalet and castle village vignettes within edelweiss borders. Base impressed "Original" and "700 1/4" (1/4 liter). Approx. 5.5 in. tall. Good condition; minor base crackle and light relief wear, no chips or cracks.
