Rosenthal for VERSACE "Le Roi Soleil" porcelain cabinet charger, late 20th / early 21st century, bearing the iconic Medusa-head roundel backstamp to the underside and an indistinct red signature within the design. The 12-inch (30.5 cm) plate presents a Sun King figure in 17th-century court dress framed by an autumnal garland of berries and leaves against a sumptuous pink ground, finished with a gilt rim. Good overall; light glaze wear, minor firing specks to foot. A striking decorator's lot.
