Hand-painted Mexican Tonala burnished pottery vase from Jalisco, mid-to-late 20th century. Standing approximately 11.5 inches, this hand-thrown earthenware vessel features the region's classic beige ground adorned with a stylized dove and bold floral motif in black and rust-orange, framed by banded geometric borders and a red-and-white striped base. Unmarked. Good display condition with minor paint wear, small rim flake, and light age-consistent surface wear. Folk art charm throughout.
